Arcos Apartments are located in the Rosemary District and are very heavily "art-centric" - there is art displayed throughout the building, many local artists and art lovers reside there. Arcos has an onsite gallery that we use for our artists in residence space. It is an affordable studio work space and gallery open to all local artists.

• The residencies are for 2 months at a time.

• The space can accommodate 1-3 artists

• Gallery is open to the public & apartment residents 6 days a week.

• Wifi, AC and utilities included

• Located in RADD (Rosemary Art & Design District) across the street from other galleries and Selby Library.

• Perfect for artists who need temporary studio space to build a body of work, get exposure to the public and learn how to operate at a gallery level.
