Meeting Rental Request

Open to groups who are looking for a clean, easy to park at venue for workshops and community meetings.

Classroom space is 40’ x 20’ and can accommodate up to 30 students working at shared tables. Classroom space is air-conditioned and there are tables and chairs. There is a utility sink and restroom for public use. We do not provide supplies or special equipment. We will make sure that the building is open 30 minutes prior to use start and for 30 minutes after use ends. We do not have storage space to store teacher or student supplies. 

Meetings or Events at Creative Liberties

Creative Liberties also provides (if wanted):

  • CL will list meetings on the website and the calendar

  • CL will do at least one (1) social media promotion

  • CL will list it in the monthly newsletter

Creative Liberties does not register, take payments, and is not the contact for the meeting. This is the responsibly of the organization.

Organization is responsible for:

  • Organization sets price, provides a written description, image, and flyer for CL to list on website and calendar (if wanted)

  • Organization is responsible for acquiring and registering attendees and is the direct contact for the attendees

  • Organization wants public to attendance then they must promote class on their social media, website and via word of mouth

  • Organization sets-up of classroom and cleans-up of classroom (sweep floor, take out trash if full, return tables to original setup)
